Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Max — AI CRM Assistant Chrome extension or any services provided by Run With Max. By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these terms.
By installing, accessing, or using the Max — AI CRM Assistant Chrome extension ("the Extension") or any related services operated by Run With Max ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Extension.
Max — AI CRM Assistant is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to control their GoHighLevel CRM account using voice commands. The Extension interprets natural language commands and executes CRM actions including but not limited to sending SMS messages, sending emails, adding notes, adding tags, searching contacts, and triggering workflows.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid GoHighLevel account to use the Extension. By using the Extension, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
The Extension uses an anonymous session identifier stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GoHighLevel credentials, which are stored in our backend system and never accessible through the Extension directly.
You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Extension is designed to require confirmation before executing any CRM action that sends communications (SMS, email) or modifies contact data. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing confirmations and verifying that commands are executed as intended. Run With Max is not responsible for messages sent, notes added, or other CRM actions that result from commands you authorize through the Extension.
The Extension integrates with third-party services including GoHighLevel, Anthropic (Claude AI), and Deepgram. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services.
Certain features of the Extension may require a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and billing terms are displayed within the Extension and on our website. All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Extension or by contacting us.
The Extension, including all code, design, branding, and content, is owned by Run With Max and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Extension without our written permission.
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We do not guarantee that voice commands will be interpreted accurately or that CRM actions will be executed without error. You are responsible for verifying all outputs before confirming any action.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RUN WITH MAX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE EXTENSION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Extension shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Run With Max and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Extension, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from Chrome. Upon termination, your session data stored locally will no longer function, and any active subscription will be cancelled in accordance with Section 8.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through the Extension interface. Your continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
