1. What We Do Not Collect

The Extension does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Personally identifiable information (name, address, email, age, ID numbers)
• Health or medical information
• Financial or payment information
• Authentication credentials or passwords
• Personal communications (other than the voice command you dictate)
• Location data
• Web browsing history
• Keyboard or mouse activity
• Website content from pages you visit
• CRM data beyond what is needed to execute your specific command

2. How the Extension Works

The Extension captures your voice input using your browser's built-in Web Speech API or the Deepgram transcription service. The resulting text transcript is sent to our secure backend server, which uses an AI model (Claude by Anthropic) to interpret your intent and execute the requested action in your GoHighLevel CRM account.

Voice audio is never stored. Transcripts are processed in memory and discarded after execution.

3. Data We Process

The Extension transmits the following data to our backend server for the sole purpose of executing your voice commands:

• Transcript text — the text of your voice command (e.g., "Send a text to John"), processed in real time and not retained.
• Session identifier — a randomly generated anonymous ID stored locally in your browser to authenticate your session. This ID does not identify you personally.
• User preferences — your language preference and companion selection (if applicable), stored locally on your device only.

4. Third-Party Services

The Extension communicates with the following third-party services to function:

• GoHighLevel (GHL) — to execute CRM actions on your behalf using your own GHL account and credentials configured in the backend.
• Anthropic (Claude API) — to interpret voice commands using AI. Anthropic's own privacy policy applies to this processing.
• Deepgram — for voice-to-text transcription. Deepgram's privacy policy applies. Audio is not retained by Deepgram after transcription.

We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties for advertising, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to executing your CRM commands.

5. Data Storage

The Extension stores the following data locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API:

• Your anonymous session ID
• Your language preference
• Your companion preference (if applicable)

This data never leaves your device except as described in Section 3. You can clear this data at any time by removing the extension from Chrome.

6. Data Retention

We do not retain any user data on our servers. Voice command transcripts are processed in memory and discarded immediately after the CRM action is completed. We maintain no logs of your commands beyond what is necessary for in-session error handling.

7. Permissions Used

The Extension requests the following Chrome permissions, and only the following:

• activeTab — to interact with the currently open GoHighLevel tab when needed.
• storage — to save your session ID and preferences locally in your browser.
• tabs — to open a contact page in GHL when you use the "open contact" command.

No other permissions are requested. The Extension does not access any tab other than GoHighLevel.

8. Security

All data transmitted between the Extension and our backend is encrypted over HTTPS. Our backend is hosted on Render.com, a SOC 2-compliant infrastructure provider. We never store credentials, API keys, or payment information in the Extension itself.

9. Children's Privacy

The Extension is designed for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has used this Extension, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
